Practical info on the invite
Smoking, kids, dogs, parking. Four things someone will ask in the chat anyway. Set them upfront: yes, no, or with conditions — and a short note if you need one. Guests see it right on the invite, each in their own language. Less "can I bring the little one?" in the group chat.

Capacity and waitlist
Limited seats? Set a capacity, and when it’s full guests can join a waitlist. You let them in from the host view as soon as a spot opens. The bar shows who’s going and who’s waiting. Less “is there still room?” in the chat. And if you’re on the waitlist: when a spot opens and the host lets you in (or the system moves you up), you get an email that you’re in.

Weather on the invite
Outside plans? If the place has coordinates and the event is coming up, the invite shows the temperature and rain chance for the starting hour. Less “will it rain?” in the chat, more knowing. Typed the address loosely? We just won't show weather.

Polish
who's going? now speaks Polish too. Polish events live on ktowpada.pl, and the invite and emails show up in your guests' language. Czech, Slovak, English, Polish — everyone reads in their own.

Check guests off at the door
Someone showed up? Tap them off the list. Search kicks in at ten guests so you're not scrolling at the door. Real talk: for now it only sticks in the browser you're using. Another phone starts from zero. Sync, cloud save, and QR tickets coming soon.

Your own logo and event color
Running an event for a company or as a pro? Add your own logo. It shows on the event and in the preview when you share the invite. Pick an accent color so the invite matches your brand. Crop the logo into a circle and adjust the crop anytime later.

Photo or pattern on your invite
Your invite doesn't have to be text only. Add a photo from your gallery or pick an illustrated pattern. Guests see a nicer card as soon as they open the link. For photos, drag to reposition the crop before you save.

Who sees the guest list
Not every event has to be public. Keep the guest list visible to everyone, show it only after RSVP, or keep it just for yourself. Handy for more private gatherings or when you want to surprise people.

When will you show up?
After you say you're coming, you can say if you'll be on time, almost on time, or later. The host and other guests see it in the list next to your reply.

Pinned comment
Keep one key comment at the top so the big details stay visible. Unpin it from the callout, or from that comment's three-dot menu, when you want a different one up there.

RSVP replies
When you create or edit an event, you pick how guest replies sound: beer and party vibes, looser classic, or straight yes/no.

Comments
Write "bringing beer" under the event and everyone sees it. Organizer enables comments, guests post, reply, react with emoji. No more five WhatsApp groups for one event.

Bringing someone? Organizer enables +1, you fill in who you're bringing. Even with a name, if you want to show off.
