kdo jde? / kto ide? let you create and share events, from private celebrations to commercial ones. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Details on how we process personal data are in the Privacy Policy tab.
What we offer
You can create an event, share a link, and collect responses from guests. The service is free. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability â we're a small project and things break sometimes.
Your responsibilities
Do not use the service to spread illegal content, incite hatred, spam, or harassment. Do not create fake events to collect personal data.
Content and moderation
You create the content of events. Before publication we may automatically review it and, depending on severity, warn or block it. We reserve the right to delete events that violate these terms or applicable laws. If you believe your event was blocked by mistake, email us at ahoj@kdojde.cz.
RSVP visibility
When you RSVP to an event, other participants and the organiser can see your name and attendance status. If the organiser limits visibility, only the organiser can see the guest list.
Comments
You may add comments to an event. The same rules apply as for event content. We may delete inappropriate comments.
Email notifications
If you provide an email address, we send you notifications related to your events. We do not send marketing emails without your consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email.
Deletion
You can delete your event at any time using the management link. After deletion, data about the event is no longer publicly available. We keep technical records for a limited period as required by applicable law.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including undelivered reminders or loss of access to an event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved by Czech courts, unless the law grants you the right to a court in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. We will inform you of changes on this page.
